Mr. Tulis was a commoner from Masadonia, who tried to kill Penellaphe Balfour in New Haven.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Mr. and Mrs. Tulis had two sons, Jamie and an unnamed child. Both died as infants from a blood disease. The pair had a third son, Tobias.
From Blood and Ash[]
Mr. and Mrs. Tulis requested that their son Tobias not be considered for the Rite when he came of age as Mrs. Tulis could no longer have anymore children. Duke Teerman and Duchess Tereman denied the request. Mr. and Mrs. Tulis then fled Masadonia and hid in New Haven.
After Casteel Da'Neer and Poppy arrived in New Haven, Mr. Tulis was part of the group led by Jericho that tried to kill Poppy while Cas was travelling to speak to King Da'Neer. Casteel staked Mr. Tulis to the wall as punishment, killing him.
Personality[]
Mr. Tulis loved his wife and sons deeply. He was blinded by vengeance, which led him to his death.

Mr. Tulis was described as fair-headed.
