Leopold Balfour, nicknamed Leo or Lion by his wife Coralena Balfour, was the biological father of Ian Balfour and the adoptive father of Penellaphe Balfour.

Biography

Leopold comes from the Balfour family, which have deep ties to Solis over hundreds of years. His family were shipping merchants and were close with King Jalara of Solis.
