It took me way too long to finish it and somehow I felt left down by it? I wasn't really entertained by it and it felt like it dragged along, rather than moving forward. Though i must say that it really picked up for the last 15% or so and that was when I started to like it again 👀

@Carleeanne1024 I wish I could give you a satisfying answer, but sadly I can’t. I also have trouble retaining all of the information and since there aren’t that many contributors active on this wiki, it’s mostly me (and some really helpful souls!) trying to gather all of the information. So far I haven’t encountered an explanation for what you’re explaining and it somehow feels like an inconsistency throughout the book. Maybe it’s also the way the ascended are killed? I will try to find an answer to that, but right now I can only say that you’re not alone in this and promise to do my best 🥺 I’m hoping you still can enjoy the books and whenever you come across information that is missing on the Wiki you can either add it or just let me know 🤍

JLA just announced her new series ''Flesh and Fire'', as well as the first book ''A Shadow in the Ember'' on instagram! The series takes place in the same world as the Blood and Ash Series, featuring Nyktos and his Consort. She announced that ASITE and the Flesh and Fire books do play a huge role in the Blood and Ash books!

And I can only imagine that Pinterest might be a bigger problem, though I haven’t had any experiences considering that problem. But I hope everything goes well for her and she’ll present her new art piece soon! 😊

I apologise if the artist felt unwell with her (unfinished) artwork posted here, but since it was found on Instagram I assumed that it could be posted with proper credit.
